A wonderful open plan layout allows guests to relax and unwind in an informal yet stylish setting with a bright living area with white leather sofa, flat screen SAT TV with DVD player for guest’s entertainment and a very stylish dining area. A fully fitted kitchen providing all the necessary appliances also features and includes a gas oven and hob, toaster coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.

From the contemporary living area glass doors slide out onto a marvellous sunny lake view terrace providing alfresco dining for you and your guests. The lake views are outstanding and serve as the perfect backdrop to a romantic dinner party.

Indoors from the open plan room a spiral staircase leads guests to the beautiful sleeping accommodation which features modern and luxurious bedroom furnishings and character sloping ceilings for added romance and rustico charm.

The double master bedroom also boasts a private lake view balcony terrace where guests can enjoy a private drink together in the evenings as the sun sets over the mountain tops and lake. The master suite also offers a modern and newly fitted en-suite shower room. The second bedroom provides a set of twin single beds ideal for accommodation adults and children. Please note that there are no windows in this bedroom.

A second modernist bathroom with power shower also features in the property.

From the peaceful and unspoilt hillside residence guests can easily reach within minutes by car the local village grocery shop as well as the picturesque lakeside resort town of Menaggio, which boasts a wide variety of amenities including various supermarkets, delicatessens, banks, bars, cafes, authentic restaurants, boutique jewellery and clothes shops, a Lido with swimming pool and beach as well as a fast and frequent ferry service to the other Golden Triangle towns of Bellagio and Varenna. The romantic promenade also provides a wonderful place to relax with an ice-cream or book and stroll to the mini golf and Lido whilst taking in the spectacular views towards the eastern shore and Bellagio peninsular.

The famous Villa Carlotta and Villa del Balbianello are both easily reachable by car along the scenic lakeside road, which leads in just a 40 minutes drive to the cosmopolitan city of Como which offers fast train links to Milan city and Milan Malpensa Airport.

Service Charge

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

Short Breaks

3 night break - 40% off weekly tariff / 4 night break - 30% off weekly tariff / 5 night break - 20% off weekly tariff / 6 night break - 10% off weekly tariff.

Additional Extras

We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our office 'Happy Holiday Homes' in Menaggio: Cot Hire - EU 20 per week, High Chair - EU 15 per week, Push Chair - EU 25 per week, Camp Bed – EU 85 per week, Wi-Fi or USB Internet Stick - EU 35 per week (includes EU 10 consumable credit). Please note that signal and connectivity is not guaranteed and may depend on the strength of the signal in your rental property.

Making a Booking

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
